Sommario

La partita era decisiva per decidere le sorti del girone per quanto riguardava le prime posizioni che davano accesso ai PO. I fan sono accorsi in massa, specialmente i supporters delle ranocchie a cui bastava un pareggio per garantirsi i PO, mentre per gli ogre solo una vittoria gli avrebbe permesso il passaggio ai PO. La partita risulta subito tattica in casa degli anfibi che giocano tatticamente mentre gli ogre cercano subito di passae alla maniere forti. Coach Iso chiama uno schema veloce che permette al batrace dimenticato sulla fascia di ricevere un bel passaggio e correre verso la meta ma a quel pounto dalle gradinate si alza un barbogio che grida 'Tu non puoi passare!' e fulmina il batrace mandandolo in infermeria tutto bruciacchiato. Meta solo rimandata infatti le ranocchie riescono ad infilarsi nella difesa dei bruti e piazzare il vantaggio. Vantaggio che inizia ad essere pagato a caro prezzo dato che piano piano l'infermeria si stà riempiendo ma nulla confronto di qullo che a fine primo tempo succede, infatti Buzzo rantolante a terra da un blocco precedente viene circondato da 3 ogre e pestato per bene tanto da lasciarci la pelle a nulla vale l'intervento del medico. Nel secondo tempo le assenze iniziano a farsi sentire in casa rane e gli ogre ne approfittano iniziando a spingere per cercare se non altro il pareggio. Dopo una prima azione dei tapperonzoli ben fermata dalle rane di coach Iso l'ogre Kmer si trova casualmente la palla in mano e la strada verso la meta libera. Al 5° turno del secondo tempo siamo 1-1. Altri giocatori lasciano il campo per l'infermeria e i ranghi delle rane si assottigliano ulteriormente sotto i colpi degli ogre. Tutto sembrava perchè finisse 1-1 quando dal nulla si matarializza una opportunità per provare il colpaccio e il coach degli ogre prepara subito uno schema che viene eseguito alla perfezione e porta lo star player Bertha (ingaggiata per l'occasione) alla meta dell'insperata vittoria che consente il passaggio ai PO per gli ogre come primi di girone. Le rane e coach Iso pronti erano oramai pronti a chiudere la stagione a fine partita quando una volta stilati definitivamente i risultati si sono resi conto di aver difeso, malgrado la sconfitta il secondo posto di girone e quindi i PO. Questo e tutto! Ci vediamo i PO.
